Our story

Legend has it that Billy Bob traded a route for a smoker

Billy Bob drove a Greyhound bus for 15 years. One day he decided he had enough, rolled that bus across the country to Tennessee, got a fresh title, and turned it into a BBQ food truck without changing the Greyhound paint job. That's how he rolls.

Now the Greyhound is a rolling smokehouse, and every stop comes with the same promise: family-friendly fun and the best pulled pork you've ever met.
